The Correlative Study About The Relationship Between Eales Disease And ET-1 Or NO/NOS

Purpose Eales disease is a kind of common retinal diseases that seriously harm vision. But so far the exact cause and etiopathogenesis remain unclear. The study observes Eales patients plasma Endothelin-1, Nitric Oxide level and Nitric Oxide Synthase activity and explores their relationship to Eales disease, aimed at finding Eales disease etiopathogenesis, and finding new ways of treatment of the disease.Methods1 Have all subjects (including Eales patients and normal matched control group) accept the conventional body checks and ophthalmic examination, and ask them in detail about their medical history. Persons suffering from other systemic diseases and ocular disease were excluded from this study.2 Fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) examination was performed on Eales patients and we observe retina blood vessels, areas of capillary closure and neovascularization.3 FFA and ophthalmic examination determine the stage of Eales disease.4 Sample collection, ways of handling and measurement...
