Objective: To evaluate the effect of XiJing-90 bubble oxygenators , XiJian-Ⅱmembrane oxygenators and MeDos membrane oxygenators on inflammatory response to cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB)through the detection of TNF-α,sE-selection,sICAM-1 and the expression of CD11b on polymorphoneuclear(PMN).Methods: 45 patients were involved and divided into three groups randomly:group A (XiJing-90 bubble oxygenators) , 15 patients; group B(XiJian-Ⅱmembrane oxygenators), 15 patients ; group C ( MeDos membrane oxygenators),15 patients. All patients'blood samples were collected before CPB(T1),before aortic unclamping(T2),the termination of CPB(T3), 2 hours after operation(T4),6 hours after operation(T5),24 hours after operation(T6) and 48 hours after operation(T7) to detect the concentrations of TNF-α, sE-selection and sICAM-1 by enzyme–linked immnuosorbent assays, and to study the expression of CD11b on PMN by immunofluorescence flow cytometry.Results:1 All patients'concentrations of TNF-αincreased...
