Objective: It is mainly to study the influence of SS(somatotatin) AVP(argine vasopressin) and nNOS (neuronal nitric oxide synthase) in hapocampus of rat offspring exposed to different levels of lead during pregnant and breast-feed period .In this way to discuss the effect and the possible machanism of lead exposure on ability of learning and memority of rat offspring,it will provide the base of theory of prevention and cure of lead Methods:1 Animal dividing and managnent: SD rats provided by Academy of Military Medical Sciences. There were 24 female rat and 12 male rat. Female rat were randmolly divided into a control group and three lead-exposed grous. Female and male rats feed individedly for 7days, then we took them together in the ratio of 2:1 (female: male). If found vaginal epistom in the tray to excrete or spermatozoa in vaginal discharge with microscope, we can think that the female rat become pregnent. After they pregnanted, they feed...
