Objective: The carcinoma of gastrointestinal tract is a kind of disease which threatens people's health greatly, among which the colonic carcinoma is the third important reason which leads to people's death. Its mortality has been rising year by year. It is one of the most frequent carcinomas in our country currently. The oncogenesis of colonic carcinoma is a process of multiple factor action, polygene change and multiple phase development. The key point of reducing the incidence and mortality of colonic carcinoma is to monitor effectively precancerous lesion and early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of colonic carcinoma.Research has revealed that the occurrence of colonic carcinoma is multipath and its pathogenesis is also complicated. It is common believed that cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) is the rate-limiting enzyme in the process of prostaglandin synthesis, which does not express in normal tissues. COX-2 protein has positive expression in digestive tract cancers. It accelerates the occurrence and development of tumor through the pathway of mediating the cell`s proliferation and inhibiting the cell`s...
