Ischemic stroke is one of the commonly and frequently encountered diseases, whose morality and mutilation rate are high and lack of ideal therapeutic ways till now, which are threatening the life and physical fitness of our human beings, especial the adult and the aged people. The injury that caused by the cerebral ischemia can be divided into two groups (or two phases). Cellular energy (mainly oxygen and glucose) supply will be stop and lead to a serious of biochemical alteration that caused the injury of cerebral constitution during the interval of blood supply called primary ischemia injury. Though the cerebral regain the supply of blood and oxygen after the recovery of circulation, many functions and biochemical procedures can be not recovered at the same time and the primary injury that have been switched on will proceed or worsen, which called secondary injury or cerebral reperfusion injury (CRI). The concrete mechanism of CRI is still uncertain, but many research manifest that many factors that involved into the procedure of ischemia also make sense in the reperfusion...
