| Objective:To observe the clinical which is used to treat acute and the acute breakout of the chronic allergic purpura. To explore the mechanism of allergic purpura, to observe the mechanism and the clinical curative effect of the Xiaodian soup. Methods:The 50 acute allergic purpura patients and the acute breakout of the chronic ones were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group 30 and the control group 28. The glucocorticoid and conventional treatment were given to the control groups, The Xiaodian soup treatment and conventional treatment were given to the observaton group. Compared the difference of curative effect between the two group in the indexes such as clinical symptom and biology-chemical target that Immunoglobulin A, Immunoglobulin G, Immunoglobulin M and Complement 3, Complement 4 and β2 microglobulin. Results:i.The total effective rate of Xiaodian soup was 90.0%, The observation group were better than the methylprednisolone group.ii.Allergic purpura patients ' Immunoglobulin A and Complement 3 is high. Xiaodian soup can reduce Immunoglobulin A and Complement 3. Immunoglobulin G, M and Complement 4 is not expressed, because quantity is finited. Allergic purpura patients' β2 microglobulin is high. Xiaodian soup can reduce β2 microglobulin.iii. Xiaodian soup can reduce Immunoglobulin A and improve the abnormal immune status of patients. Xiaodian soup can reduce β2 microglobulin. It is find that traditional Chinese medicinal herb'control get a better curative effect and significantly the remissiontime of clinical manifestation.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine xiaodian soup was superior to conventional western medicine which can clearly improve clinical manifestation of allergic purpura, decrease the recurrence ratio, abase the damage of kidney function and scant the side function. It is pointed out that xiaodian soup is an effectect recipe to the allergic purpura.
