Objective: this paper is to study the correlation between HSP patients with differentTCM syndrome type and Immunoglobulin and Complement3,4so as to supply the theorybasis for objectify of TCM syndrome type in HSP patients. Methods:to established theperfect symptoms observation charts, and selected the patients in accord with diagnosticcriteria and standards criteria,then collected the TCM manifestation of patients withouttreatment whom in acute stage. Divided the selected HSP patients into4basic TCMsyndrome type; At the same time, test the serum immunoglobulin andcomplement testing.Results:(1)112cases of patients with selected HSP, men53cases (47.32%), women59patients (57.68%), male: female=1:1, maximum age71years, minimum for4years,mean age23.71±15.80years old, men and women the disparity between the sexes was notstatistically significant.(2). By comparing HSP type certificate of the patients with averageage, the comparison between syndrome types, wind hot injury type winding minimumaverage age, and the average age was taken blood type relative to other group is the largest,each card type average age difference was statistically significant (P>0.05);3.The groupof112cases of patients with HSP before treatment, wind hot injury type winding32cases(28.57%); Blood hot injury of38cases of type winding (33.93%); Yin deficiency type fire24cases (21.43%); Qi not type taken18cases (16.07%).4.Immune globulin IgA level,blood hot injury type winding group higher than other groups, and the rest of the threegroups compared respectively, P<0.05; IgG test results spirit not taken blood type higherthan other three groups, Yin deficiency group compared with fire, P<0.05; IgM test results,wind hot injury type winding level higher than the other group, with the rest3groups werecompared, P<0.05; C3, C4results Yin deficiency fire type are all lower than those of othergroups, including the C3level detection, Yin deficiency fire type group was lower than other groups, the blood hot injury type winding group level is the highest, Yin deficiencyfire with blood type heat injury type winding, wind hot injury type winding comparisongroup, P<0.05; C4level detection, Yin deficiency fire type group level lower than othergroup, wind hot injury type winding highest group, Yin fire with the other three groups ofcomparison, P<0.05. Conclusion:1.the rise of Immunoglobulin IgA has reference value tojudge HSP patients with blood heat syndrome type; while the same on IgM to wind heatsyndrome type and IgG to yin deficiency fire excess syndrome type;2.The reduce ofSerum C3, C4level tend to yin deficiency fire excess syndrome type in chronic stage;3.There were differences on Immunoglobulin and complement in HSP patients withvarious types which provides theory basis and reference.
