Objective: In this thesis, we observed the scientification between its medicine, and research into the rationality of composition of Dan-Shen Decoction when it was used to treat urgent blood stasis syndrome and improved concentration, viscosity, aggregation and coagulability of blood at the state of blood stasis syndrome on relevant clinical and pharmacological research of Dan-Shen Decoction. Methods: We duplicated urgent blood stasis syndrome model by injecting adrenaline in this experiment. Results: Hemorheology of rats who were classed into urgent blood stasis syndrome model groups all displayed status of concentration, viscosity, aggregation and coagulability. The composition of Dan-Shen Decoction could improve every experimental index of model of urgent blood stasis syndrome, reduce whole blood shear rate viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit index(HCT), fibrinogen(FIB) and assembling rate of blood platelet, raise morph ability of hematid. The group of Dan-Shen could reduce whole blood shear rate viscosity and assembling rate of blood platelet of urgent blood stasis syndrome models. The group of sandalwood and amomum villosum could reduce assembling rate of blood platelet of urgent blood stasis syndrome models. Conclusion : Dan-Shen Decoction that Improvement on hemorheology index of urgent blood stasis syndrome, is superior to Dan-Shen used separately or sandalwood and amomum villosum that were operable. It is the result of synthesize action of three sort of medicines when Dan-Shen Decoction was used to improve concentration, viscosity, aggregation and coagulability of blood ofurgent blood stasis syndrome. So it is more rational for compatibility and application when Dan-Shen Decoction is used to cure blood stasis syndrome.
