The Experiment Of Pre-Acupuncture On Preventive Effect In Heart Muscle Ischemia Rates

Objective: Observing the effects of electric acupuncture on nei guan and shan zhong on the contents of SOD ,MDA and on the general structure histomorphology, to reveal the preventive mechanism of acupuncture pretreatment on cardiac muscle, then provide scientific experiment evidence.Method: The study selects 80 Wister healthy maleness rats which are acupunctured before heart muscle ischemia. Hypodesis of the left forword branch of aeteria coronaria, to establish the model of myocardial ischemia reperfusion impairment by the means of "tui guan fa". After the impairment of myocardial ischemia reperfusion, determining the activity changes of SOD in tissue by means of xanthine oxidase method, and determining the changes of MDA contents by means of TBA. In the position of myocard impairment , use HE staining to observe the change of histomorphology. The results are manifested as ( x±s ) , and the statistics of experiment results of comparison among groups is made by analysis of variance with software SPSS 13.0, P<0.05 manifest the significance.Results: compared with normal group and pretend operation group, the SOD activity of heart muscle ischemia group was decreased , the contents of MDA were increased, and the degree of myocardium tissue impairment was serious. Compared with cerebral ischemia group, the SOD activity of heart muscle ischemia pretreatment group and electric acupuncture pretreatment group was increased, and the contents of the two groups were decreased, and the degree of myocardium tissue impairment was slight. The results of the experiment between the electric acupuncture pretreatment group and the cerebral ischemiapretreatment group were similar.Conclusion: pre-acupuncture have preventive effect on cardiac muscle in myocardial ischemia rats;pre-acupuncture is capable of increasing SOD activity , decreasing the contents of MDA, as well as relieving the impairment of cardiac muscle tissue when ischemia reperfusion. acupuncture can act as a pretreatment method of heart muscle ischemia, inducing the tolerance of heart muscle ischemia, and relieve the impairment of cardiac muscle tissue after ischemia.
