Studies On Pharmakognosie And The Pharmacy Of The Effective Analgesic Components From The Root Of Astibe Chinensis Maxim

Astibe Chinensis Maxim has been used as folk herbal drugs in China and mainly distributes to Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning province and so on. It tastes warm and acerbity. The twig, leaf and rhizoma of Astibe Chinensis Maxim are all medicinal parts. The root of Astibe Chinensis Maxim is mainly medicinal part and used for the pain.As a folk herbal drug in the TCM, it has been extensively used for a long time. While in the modern pharmacological and chemical studies, the interrelated studies on the root of Astibe Chinensis Maxim are not found. So the author of this article has studied on the root of Astibe Chinensis Maxim.After the studies on the root of Astibe Chinensis Maxim., it is showed that it has the effect to the pain;The active part is the ethanol of discount 30 part. Through the systematic preexamination, we obtain flavonev ,coumarin and indican from the active part. By spectrophotometer analytical method, the content of flavone is 0.80%.The study of this article will establish the academic base for the exploitation and utilizing of the crude officinal resource and the developing of a new medicine for the pain .
