The Clinical Study Of Treating Lubar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion With The Method Taking Orally JTXⅡ Capsuie And External Applicatidn Of Yaotongteng Dressing

[Objective]: To observe the clinical effect of treating lubar intervertebral disc protrusion by taking orally JITONGXIAO capsule with number II (JTX II) and applying YAOTONGTENG dressing as a therapeutics of taking orally and external treatment.[Methods]: 96 cases according with selective standard are selected from the first hospital clinic attaching to HEILONGJIANG university of Chinese Medicine and the clinic of scientific research experts between September in 2004 and January in 2006. They are randomly separated into three groups namely each group has 32 cases in order to insure comparable property. The patients in treating group take orally JTX II and apply YAOTONGTENG dressing. The first control group takes orally JTX II simply and the second one takes orally JTX II and uses zhoulin frequency spectrograph.[Results]: On the aspects about simple and whole symptom, and assessment of synthetically curative effect the treating group and the two control group have statistically remarkable signification by means of t and Ridit test(p<0.05).[Conclusion]: It has cooperative effect to take orally JTX II and apply YAOTONGTENG dressing for treating lubar intervertebral disc protrusion compared with only using JTX II or YAOTONGTENG dressing.
