Objective To evaluate the role of chemokine Mig,IP10,ITAC and chemokine receptor CXCR3 for prediction of early acute rejection after Liver transplantation. Methods Thirty cases of liver transplantation performed in April to September 2005 in our hospatial were observed the changes of chemikines expression. With ELISA assay Mig,IP10,ITAC in serum and CXCR3 in peripheral blood lymphocytes by Flow Cytometry(FCM) were measured the one day prior to liver transplantation and 1,3,5,7day after liver transplantation, in allograft group at diagnosis day and 3,7day after anti-rejection therapy the change were studied. Results In allograft group ,the level of Mig,IP10,ITAC,CXCR3 were significantly higher than that in isograft group ,normal group and liver cancer (cirrhosis) group (P<0.01).In patients with acute rejection, Mig,IP10,ITAC,CXCR3 significantlyincreased(P<0.01),but decreased in response to anti-rejection therapy, conclusions chemokine Mig,IP10,ITAC and chemokine receptor CXCR3 are better laboratory index in the prediction of early acute rejection after liver transplantation which are...
