Resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) is a new analytical technique developed in recent ten years. Because of their merits of high sensitivity, cheapness instrument, simple operation and rapid analysis speed, these methods catch people's more attention and have been widely used to study of biological macromolecules such as nucleic acids, proteins and saccharide and determination of trace metal ions, nonmetal ions, nanoparticle and some pharmaceuticals. This dissertation has studied the applications of Resonance Rayleigh scattering method in studying interaction between anthracycline antibiotics and nucleic acid and in the determination of * these antibiotics. It includes: 1. epirubicin and DNA, such as calf thymus DNA (ct DNA), salmon DNA (sDNA), herring sperum DNA (hsDNA) systems; 2. epirubicin and RNA , such as RNA Type Ⅲ, RNA Type Ⅵ systems; 3. anthracycline antibiotics such as daunomycin, epirubicin, mitoxantrone and congo red systems; 4. mitoxantrone -- molybdate system; 5. anthracycline antibiotics such as daunomycin, epirubicin, mitoxantrone and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) , systems. 1. Epirubicin, anthracycline antibiotics—DNA systemsThe interactions between epirubicin and DNA such as calf thymus DNA (ct DNA), salmon DNA (sDNA), herring sperum DNA(hsDNA) were studied using resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) method. In pH 2.0 acidic medium, the RRS signal of epirubicin or nucleic acid alone was very weak, but it enhanced greatly and new RRS spectra appeared when they interacted with each...
