Objective The case that the fatality rate of acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome (ALI/ARDS)was still 50%, stayed at a high level. The diagnosis and treatment for ALI/ARDS are increasingly valued by the people served for the medicine , especially those working in the breath area and the critical care units in the recent years. The experiment study is focused on the expression of NF-κB p65 in pulmonary tissue in ALI rat model induced by injecting LPS, and the injection of Qingkailing is used to carry on the intervention treatment, then observes and makes a study of the function and the mechanism of Qingkailing in the treatment for ARDS .Method 30 healthy male Wistar rats were divided randomly intofive groups, each group of 6 rats. A, the comparison group :each rat received the 706 (substitute of blood plasma) 2ml/kg by tail intravenous injection; B, the model group:each rat received LPS 6mg/kg that was dissolved into 706 2ml/kg by tail intravenous injection; C, the low- dose-Qingkailing-treated group, the LPS dosage was as the group B at first, after 2 hours, each rat received Qingkailing 2ml/kg by tail intravenous injection; D, the middle-dose-Qingkailing-treated group, the LPS dosage was as the group B at first, after 2 hours, each rat received Qingkailing 3ml/kg by tail intravenous injection; E, the high-dose-Qingkailing treated group, the LPS dosage was as the group B, after 2 hours, each rat received Qingkailing 4ml/kg by tail intravenous injection. Observes each group of animals'response. All rats were sacrificed by blood-letting through carotid artery 2 hours after treatment. The artery blood was then...
