The Feacture Of Weak And Cold Character(Xu Han Zheng) Within Goutic Arthritis And Treatment By Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To observe gout outbreak's weakness and coldness character(xu han zheng).Under the principle of'Jianpixiezhu, wenyangxuanbi.',we use'Tongfengxiedingfang'and WenYang medicine cinnamon to cure urgent goutic anthritis near and future curable effect,and the safety of the medicine and the curement mechanism.Study methods :1.Grouping the study objectives: 366 male sufferers grouped in two teams:Team A which has 183 males were cured with western medicine.Their ages are between 54.3±9.4.Their course of disease is127.5±31.2months.Team B which has 183 males were cured with both Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine.Their ages are between 54.2±8.4.Their course of disease is 129.3±30.8 months.When the two groups patients joined the group,personal ill histories,compassion illnesses and basic character ,we didn't find statistic sense.The diagnosis accorded with the Academy of rheumatology's standard.And all of them belong to original gout.2.Examination method:Hematuria acid,24h uric acid,blood sink,white blood cell and liver,kidney examination have been done before ,in and after the treatment.Before joining the groups,their kidneys and livers were all functioning well.
