The Symptomic Feacture Of Gout And Study For Intervene Treatment By Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objecive :Acute gouty arthritis is a common disease and stubborn disease in orthopedics. Along with the elevation of living standard and the changing of food and drink structure, the morbility of acute gouty arthritis increases in the recent years. Acute gouty arthritis has impacted human healthy and quality of life severely. In the treatment of this disease, the medical doctors used to apply dephlogisticate or alliviate and symptomatic treatment, but for their apparente poison and side effect and also for the recurrence of this disease after drug withdraw. The research objective is to observe the sdymptomic feature of gout,confirm the outbreak of gout has the characteristic of weak and cold (Xu Han Zheng), we use'Tongfengxiedingfang'and WenYang medicine to cure acute gouty anthritis , thus opens a new security effective way for the treatment of the acute gouty arthritis.Study methods : We observes the symptomic feature of 892 gouty patient, and divide into two groups stochastically which conform to gout standard. Team A which has 446 males were cured with western medicine.Their ages are between 68.2±6.8,their course of disease is 10.8±6.8 days. Team B which has 446 males were cured with both Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine.Their ages are between 67.7±7.3, their course of disease is 10.7±6.2 days. Then reference to the New Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Study Direction Principle made a observation table according to patients, grade of acute gouty arthritis symptoms and physical sign. Regularly makes statistics processing according to the observation table and carried out prior- treatment and post-treatment comparision and group comparison. We carry on the contrast appraisal to the acute gouty arthritis patient who integrates this research with the blood uric acid (BUA), urine uric acid (UA), the white blood cell counting ((WBC), the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) .Results: The research observation discovered that 45 symptoms have appeared in 863 patients of gouty arthritis .The single symptom is 29 kinds and the compound symptom is 16.The frequency of the single symptom such as Hanshizhuluo,Qizhixueyu , Ganshenkuixu and Shirebizhu is high, The frequency of Yangxuhanning,Shenyangxu and Shenxujiayu is low; The frequency of the compound symptom such as GanshenyixuHshizhuluo is high and GanshenyinxuMailuozhuzhi is low. We know from the clinical observation result, Tongfengxiedingfang putted in asarum sieboldii and cinnamon has the ability to control the acute inflammation performance such as the red, the swells, the heat and the pain, improves the joint function, simultaneously reduce the level of the blood uric acid of patient , promote urine uric acid to excrete, also can decrease swelling ,enhances the curative effect, reduces the recurrence rate, improves patient's quality of life .Conclusion: The symptomic feature of gout is multiplicity and complexity;The outbreak of gout has the feature of Xuhan; Tongfengxiedingfang putted in asarum sieboldii and cinnamon has a great curative effect on gout.It can reduce the times of gout and improves the patients living standard.It has no notious side-effect and it is security for drug.
