Objective:The neurocutaneous vascular flap is a kind of new flap which survives depending on the blood vessels close to the cutaneous nerve. This blood vessels supply not only the nerve but also the fascia and skin around it. The study of the skin flap with superior clunial nerves and fascia was carried out in order to design this kind of flap as well as its rotation point exactly. This flap can recover the bed sore located pars sacralis with minimal additional damage, and the flap with sensation can prevent the recurrence of bed sore. Methods :1. Anatomical study: general and microanatomical techniques, the 31 sides of Chinese human specimens which were perfused with red latex were selected randomly, treating them as following:(1).Dissection the superficial branch of superior gluteal artery and measurement its external diameter;(2).Dissection the superior clunial nerves as well as the posterior branch of the fourth lumbar artery recording the location where they drilled through the deep fascia;(3).Measurement the Length of the intermediate branch of superior clunial nerves;(4).Measurement the external diameter of the posterior branch of the fourth lumbar artery.2. The data are dealt with SPSS 11.5 statistics software. Result:1. The length of the intermediate branch of superior clunial nerves...
