Objective: As an important therapeutics for liver tumor, topochemistry-ablation therapy have been applied widely and been regarded by increasing scholar. Suguira and colleagues obtained success by injecting absolute ethanol into the HCC lesion in 1983; Ohnishi and colleagues firstly used 50% acetic acid as ablation agent in 1994.Recent reports suggest that low-concentration sodium hydroxide solution and sulfuric acid can be used as ablation agents. And Feng weijian et al used 6mol hydrochloric acid as ablation agent. This investigation is the experiment study of pathological change that several chemical ablation agents effect to normal liver tissue, try to find out the ablation agent which has preponderance in aspect of safety and effectivity. And summarize our recent result that percutaneous hydrochloric acid injection for small hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: 1.experiment study: 72 SD rats(mean weight:356g)were divided into 6 groups randomly:control group, absolute alcohol group, acetic acid group, sulfuric acid group, sodium hydroxide group and hydrochloric acid group. Each group was divided into 6 subgroup again, each subgroup has 2 rats.methods:opening abdominal wall and exposure the livers which were injected different ablation agents 0.05ml,respectively.sacrificing the rats and remaining liver in immediate and after 1 hour,6 hour,24 hour,72 hour and 1week,respectively. Microscope observe the pathological change of these specimen. 2.Clinical...
