Objective About 80 % patients with ovarian cancer are originally detected in advanced stage for the properties of low early diagnosis rate and volant development. The mortality of ovarian cancer is the head of gynecologic malignant tumors, and the five-year survival rate is merely 25%~30 %. No sufficient diagnosis and therapeutic tools to elevate their life span at present. Operation and chemotherapy are still the principal treatment for patients with ovarian cancer. Ovarian cancer is sensitive to thermotherapy and its spreading localized in abdominal cavity even in advanced stage, therefore, it is good for ovarian cancer to apply intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy (IPHC). Although it is not very long for IPHC treating ovarian cancer, it has played an important role in elevating therapeutic efficacy in advanced stage as well as survival quality. Application of IPHC can efficiently kill the free tumor cells and minute metastasis in abdominal cavity. The mechanisms of these actions include effect of thermotherapy or chemotherapy and the synergistic effects. Investigation of the mechanisms of IPHC will in favour of increasing survival rate of ovarian cancer in advanced stage. The main objective of this study is to observe the therapeutic efficacy for the application of Cisplatin associateing with microwave persistente heating to the rats with ovarian cancer in abdominal cavity metastasis, approach the further mechanisms of IPHC from the view of apoptosis and provid reference for clinical application of IPHC.Method Poorly differentiated epithelial cell line NuTu-19 of Fischer 344 rat ovarian cancer was cultured in vitro. Then, we established ovarian cancer metastasis models by abdominal cavity injection in inbred line Fischer 344 rats. Cisplatin and different heat-treatment were carried out to heal the rats of randomization. After the therapy, we putted all the rats to death and took the free tumor cells in hydroperitoneum as well as the metastatic tumor tissues. Histochemistry essay was...
