Clinic Study On Efficacy Of TP And Hp Regimen In Patients With Advanced NSCLC.

Objective: Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors with high incidence and mortality. Depending on the responds of the cancer to chemotherapy drugs and pathology features it has been classified to two types, small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and nonsmall-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).NSCLC occupied large part of the lung cancer . Because the early lung cancer has no clear sympton features, a lot of the lung cancer patients are in advanced stage and loss the chances of surgical operation. Therefore , in clinic, chemotheraphy plays an important role in the therapy of NSCLC.The NSCLC has two main types,squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) and adenocarcinoma(AC). Although both of them originate from bronchies epithelium, there are many differents in their growth features and biological behaviours.Because SCC has higher fraction than AC, so the sensitivity to the chemotherapenty of the two kinds of lung cancer may be different . We shoud select specific chemotherapenty to each of them.There are two kinds of drugs, cell cycle nonspecific agent (CCNSA) and cell cycle specific agents (CCSA) ,are common used in chemotherapy scheme. Diamminedichloroplatinum (DDP) is the most frequantly used drug of CCNSA, it is ofen combined with CCSA to treat NSCLC. The drugs of plant alkaloid, such as taxotere and hydroxycamptothecin (HCPT) are belong to CCSA that have rapidly developed in recent years. They kill the cancer cell in the phase of mitotic period (M-period) and the period of protein synthesis. Now it is clear that they have good curetive effects on NSCLC, but it is not clear the different efficacy betweew SCC...
