The technology of DHCA can provide a clearer field of vision than routine extracorporeal circulation. So to some complicate heart-vascular malformations and some aorta operations, the technology of DHCA has distinct predominance. Deep hypothermia(18-20°C) can degrade cerebullar metabolism,and can help brain avoid to be damaged irreversibly after 30-40 minutes of circulatory arrest. However, this time limited can't satisfy all operations, and long-playing circulatory arrest may be bound to make cerebra receive injuries. We establish animal models of DHCA in this experiment,so that we can observe the influences of DHCA to EAAS and NOS in brain tissue, and find out the possible mechanisms of cerebral injuries and effective measures of cerebral protection in DHCA .This experiment includes two portion.
