The number of exploded patient drastically increases in modern war. If the war happens in the sea, blast injuries inevitably immersed in sea water are usually aggravated. The explosive weapon usually can cause bigger defects of soft tissue with severe contamination. In traditional batlle surgery, treatment on skin tissue injuries is mainly to suture tissue chasm after cleansing. If relatively large area is injured, it would be pretty difficult to suture directly. Therefore, skin graft becomes the main means to repair the wound. If the blast injury is immersed in sea water, the injury would be aggravated and skin can't be grafted immediately. However, delayed skin graft works under this condition. But at present, issues including early changes of injury, development of injured tissue, pathology of injured area and the best time for skin graft are still up to be determined.
