Lung cancer is one of the most common malignancies worldwide and is the leading cause of cancer death in most countries. The carcinogenesis mechanism of lung cancer is still unclear ,however ,the incidence and mortality of the disease are going up year by year. How to detect lung cancer early has been the key in cancer prevention and treatment.Now proteomic study methods and techniques provide useful and important support for the research of lung cancer.Objective To establish two-dimensional electrophoresis profiles with high resolusion and reproducibility from lung adenocarcinoma patients sera and healthy donors sera,to establish differentially expressed proteins and to search the specific tumor markers of lung adenocarcinoma for diagnose.Methods(l)Serum samples were obtained from eight lung adenocarcinoma patients and four healthy doars.All samples were kept in at -80℃.Serum samples were treated with...
