Fluorine is one of the nonmetal which is indispensable to human body.Among more than one hundred elements, fluorine is the liveliest one which can almost react to all of elements. Thus it widely exists in the form of fluoride in the nature.Fluorine induces diseases either absent or excessive.Appropriate fluorine is beneficial to prevent caries,to maintain nerve tranmission,as well as to support calcium and phosphate of organisms. And yet, excessive intake of fluorine produce potent toxicity to some systematical function of organisms. In previous reasearches, importance was attached to the damage of skeletal tissue induced by fluorine. But with fluoride's extensive application, recent researches pay more attentions to non-skeletal toxicity of fluorine, especially to male reproductive toxicity of fluorine. At the present time, researches of male reproductive toxicity induced by fluorine attaches importance on destruction of testis'structure, changes of sperm quality and disturbance of reproductive endocrine.Few researches have been reported about reproductive toxicity of fluorine in molecular level.Zinc is one of the metal element which is indispensable to human body.It mainly exists in the form of compound in the nature.Plenty of researches indicated that zinc can mitigate harm of free radicals, improve immune ability by antagonizing lipid peroxidation. It can also antagonize toxicity of fluorine by reducing absorption and cumulation of fluorine.Fluorine can induce apoptosis in germ cells. As increase of...
