| Objective: Fructus mori albae is the dry fruit of Moras alba L. It belongs to the traditional clinical benefit substance of "food and medicine",and there is a great number of it in China.This experimentation extrated polysaccharide from Fructus mori albae,and mensurated percentage of polysaccharide and monosaccharide formation of MA in Fructus mori albae,and further explored the aging-resistant action of Fructus mori albae.The aim is to provide the source material for its proper extraction method and the exploration of its effective medicine components,and to lay a foundation for the study, development and use of its relevant production.Methods: The extraction of Fructus mori albae was done by extracting ethyl alcohol from distilled water and then sedimentation. The extraction method was chosen by comparing OD of the extraction liquid of Fructus mori albae polysaccharide or its percentage. The percentage determination of polysaccharide was done by phenol-sulphuric acid method. The purity of polysaccharide was measured by DE-52 column analysis. The percentage determination of monosaccharide in polysaccharide was done by silica gel thin layer analysis. Subacute aging model which were caused by D-lactose was used to study. The determination of rats' RBC (red blood corpuscle) vitality in the aging model was done by hydroxide amine method; The determination of rats' CAT vitality in the model was done by ultraviolet spectroscopic method; The determination of the GSH-Px vitality was done by DTNB direct colorimetric method; The determination of LPO in rats' blood plasma, brains and liver was done by colorimetric method using production of 5,5'-Dithiobis-p-nitrobenzoic acid.The pakage SPSS 11.0 for windows was used for statistical analysis.
