As the continuous development of economy and improvement of living standard, more and more people study, work and reside in the modern building with air-conditioning system. And more than 70 percents of a whole day is spent in indoor room. A great deal of investigations indicate that the arising of many diseases have close correlation with indoor environment quality (IEQ) or indoor air quality (IAQ).Although the invention of air-condition can create a comfortable environment for living and working, we can't neglect its negative impact on human health. This problem has arisen more and more attention, therefore the harm of indoor environment pollution to human becomes a hot study object.Hemorheology has been used widely in medical field. Blood rheological characteristic has a close correlation with cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. This paper studies the impact of temperature and humidity in air-conditioning room on blood rheological characteristic by animal experiment. The main content and result of the research are as follows:① Use guinea pig as experimental animal, divide the experiment into four groups according to the difference of the temperature and humidity in the air-conditioning room (each group has three small experiments):The first group temperature 18℃ humidity70%,The second group temperature 28℃ humidity70%,The third group humidity70% temperature 22℃,The fourth group humidity50% temperature 22℃Put the guinea pigs in the experimental installation for ten days and let them eat and drink freely. Then sample 5 — 10ml blood from their hearts used to measure whole blood viscosity at different shear rate, plasma viscosity, whole blood reduction viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation and deformability, hematocrit, erythrocyte electrophoresis time. ② The experimental result shows that temperature in the air-conditioning room has no significant impact on Hemorheology parameters such as whole blood viscosity at different shear rate, plasma viscosity, whole blood reduction viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation and deformability, hematocrit, erythrocyte electrophoresis time. Compare the data when humidity is 70% with when is 50%, it displays that there is no obvious change of whole blood viscosity at different shear rate, hematocrit and erythrocyte...
