The Study On Rational Compatibility Of Propofol-remifentanil For Tracheal Intubation

objectiveTracheal intubation is one of the most important steps of general anesthesia,It lasts a short period of time but has strong stimulation to body.Somebody had determined that its stimulus intensity was bigger than that of inciding skin, It may result in severe injuries to patients unless restraining trail reflex as nerve- endocrine- cardiovascular system.Rational anaesthetic method is a effective mean to restrain these nociceptive stimulus.In daily work, commonly used anaesthetic drugs and means can't block these reflex efficiently that exploring more effective methods is needed. try to search rational concentration-match and related parameter such as median effective dose by compatible application of propofol and remifentanil,and it may provide some beneficial data for clinical anesthesia.MethodsAdult patients aged between 18～59years old (ASA physical statusâ… o râ…¡)were recruited, whose body mass index ranged from 18 to 25 kg/m2.In the first part of the study ,32 patients were to receive serial predetermined effect-site concentrations of propofol at 2.8,3.2,3.6,4.0,4.5,5.0,5.6μg/ml,and PEC₅₀ was work out by the up-and-down method.
