In recent years, the incidence and mortality of some major cardiovascular disease such as coronary heart disease(CHD)and rheumatic heart disease(RHD) have the tendency of descent or detention, but the incidence of heart failure(HF)is ascent continually, and HF is the terminal stage appearance of several cardiovascular diseases. However, HF after myocardial infraction has become the most common clinical category of HF, LVRM is the important pathophysiology process, It is the major factor that affect the prognosis. therefore, LVRM after myocardial infraction has got the more attention of clinical doctors and it has become one of the most major topics in cardiovascular diseases domain.
