In recent years, the incidence and mortality of some major cardiovascular disease such as coronary heart disease(CHD)and rheumatic heart disease(RHD) have the tendency of descent or detention, but the incidence of heart failure(HF)is ascent continually, and HF is the terminal stage appearance of several cardiovascular diseases. However, HF after myocardial infraction has become the most common clinical category of HF, LVRM is the important pathophysiology process, It is the major factor that affect the prognosis. therefore, LVRM after myocardial infraction has got the more attention of clinical doctors and it has become one of the most major topics in cardiovascular diseases domain. How to evaluate the LVRM after myocardial infraction generally, objectively and precisely has become a hot topics in recent years.Objective: To investigate the quantitative index that can be response to the bulge degree of left ventricle in process of LVRM and to investigate the quantitative index that can be response to the degree of morphologic change of left ventricle after myocardial infraction which can provide the dependable evidence in therapy and prognosis decision of clinical doctors.Methods:1. 99mTc-MIBI myocardial SPECT imaging2. Apply the software that programmed by ourselves to determine the local bulge index of infarction of anterior wall or posterior wall infarct : value of EG/EF or FG/EF, and the index of globularity of LVRM: value of EF/AB3.
