Objectives To estimate influence of myocardial infarction of different location on the patients with left ventricular remodeling and cardiac function by radioactive nuclide myocardial imaging, and influence of thrombolysis on the patients with left ventricular remodeling of myocardial infarction and cardiac function, and influence of left ventricular remodeling of myocardial infarction on cardiac function. Methods 63 patients with myocardial infarction were detected by radioactive nuclide myocardial imaging technology(successful recanalization 32 patients, anterior wall myocardial infarction 17 patients, inferior wall myocardial infarction 15patients;no thrombolysis 31 patients, anterior wall myocardial infarction 16 patients, inferior walll myocardial infarction 15 patients).20 healthy individuals were verified normal control according to history of sickness, medical examination, electrocardiogram, heart Doppler ultrasound, resting radionuclide myocardial imaging and coronary angiography(CAG).Results Left ventricular end-systolic volume and left ventricular end-diastolic volume all increased in the myocardial infarction group comparing with normal control group, and the left ventricular ejection fraction decreased;left ventricular end-systolic volume and left ventricular end-diastolic volume all increased in the no thrombolysis group comparing with successful recanalization group, and the left ventricular ejection fraction decreased:left ventricular end-systolic volume and left ventricular end-diastolic volume all increased in the anterior wall myocardial infarction group comparing with inferior wall myocardial infarction group, and the left ventricular ejection fraction decreased. Conclusion Left ventricular remodeling can aggravate cardiac insufficiency in the patients with myocardial infarction;Treatment of thrombolysis delays left ventricular remodeling;left ventricular remodeling and cardiac function are more seriously injured in the patients with anterior wall myocardial infarction;Estimating left ventricular remodeling and impact of remodeling on cardiac function have important guidance to clinical treatment and prognostic estimation by radioactive nuclide myocardial imaging...
