There were two parts in my study, part one mainly discuss how to establish a kind of animal model of cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage;part two evalued the CT perfusion in rabbit model of cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage. Part one: Stablishment of animal model of cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage in rabbitObjective To establish a kind of convenient, stable model of cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods Twenty one Jersey rabbits were divided randomly into three goups ,operation group; normal sodium control group and sham-operation group, seven rabbits in every groups. Operation group were made by injected autologous no-heparinized artery blood 1ml/kg body weight into chiasmatic cistern for the first time, once again 0.5ml/kg body weight after 48 hours;normal sodium control group was made by injected normal sodium with the same quantity in the same way;sham-operation group was made by injected nothing into chiasmatic cistern.TCD was performed to detect blood flow in basilar artery in all groups at the third, senventh and fourteenth day after the first operation respectively.Killed all the rabbits and dissected them to explore if there exist blood blot in subarachnoid as soon as the last TCD was done. Results In operation group, the velocity of cerebral blood flow detected by TCD has greatly risen up in the third day after the first operation,to the peak in the seventh day, recovered to some distance in the forth day, with normal in other groups; There was obviously blood blots in subarachnoid in operation goup after them have been dissected, but none in other groups. Conclusion This method that made by injected autologous no-heparinized artery blood into chiasmatic cistern twice is fit for the establishment of cerebral vasospasm model after SAH.
