Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) has been an available technique for the treatment of Cancer. Compared with traditional cancer therapies ,such as surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy, PDT has many excellences such as without destroying healthy tissue,no suffering and little by-effect etc. Photosensitizer,linghtand tissue,s oxygen are three factors for PDT. Photosensitizer is the key factor. The effect of PDT mostly depends on the photonamic activity of photosensitizer,and the photodynamic activity of photosensitizer depends on its photophysical and photochemical properties and bio-appetency to target tissue. Synthesis of novel photosensitizers and studing on their structure-activity relationships may push forward the PDT.Phthalocyanines Zinc(Ⅱ) substituted with aromaticoxy with nitrogen bases on their bio-appetency were investigated in this dissertation. A series of Phthalocyanines Zinc(Ⅱ) substituted with aromaticoxy with nitrogen were synthesized, their photophysical and photochemical properties and their photodynamic activity were investigated .In this report the main results are summarized as the follows:1,Seven precursors were synthesized in this paper which could be used to prepare metallophthalocyanines:3-(quinolin-2-yloxy)phthalonitrile 4-(quinolin-2-yloxy)phthalonitrile,3-(quinolin-4-yloxy)phthalonitrile, 4-(quinolin-4-yloxy)phthalonitrile,3-(quinolin-6-yloxy)phthalonitrile 4-(quinolin-6-yloxy)phthalonitrile,4,5-(quinolin-6-yloxy)phthalonitrile. And they were characterized by Elemental Analysis,IR, 1HNMR , Mass spectrum and so on.2,Seven kinds of quinolinoxy substituted phthalocyanines zinc(Ⅱ) were obtained,which are as followed:α-(2-QO)4PcZn ,β-(2-QO)4PcZn,α-(4-QO)4PcZn,β-(4-QO)4PcZn,α-(6-QO)4PcZn,β-(6-QO)4PcZn,β-(6-QO)8PcZn.
