Objective: To explore the relationship between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and TCM Syndrome Differentiation-type (TCM-SDT) of Unstable Angina Pectoris(UAP). the relationship between hs-CRP and UAP clinical risk level. Futhermore observe HUATANFANG to intervene hs-CRP and inflammation . Initially study the possible mechanism of phlegm-transformation Chinese drug to treat UAP.Methods: 1. 101 patients wiih UAP were differentiated by adopting the standard of TCM Syndrome Differentiation for Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) revised in 1991 and the standard of Blood Stasis Syndrome revised in 1993. Among them 19 patients with Qi stagnation-Blood stasis Syndrome, 21 with Phlegm Turbid-Blood stasis Syndrome, 23 with Phlegm heat-Blood stasis Syndrome, 20 with Qi Deficiency-Blood stasis Syndrome, 18 with Yin Deficiency-Blood stasis Syndrome. Otherwise. 25 cases were selected to normal group. 2. All the patients with UAP were ranked according to clinical risk level. 3. 44 patients with Phlegm Syndrome (Phlegm Turbid-Blood stasis Syndrome, Phlegm heat-Blood stasis Syndrome) were randomly divided into therapy group and control group. Both groups were treated by Aspirin, tatin-kind drug, nitrate-kind drug and β receptor block-kind drug. Therapy group added to HUATANFANG Before and after therapy, hs-CRP, Total Cholesterol(TC), Triglyceride(TG), low-dense lipoprotein Cholesterol(LDL-C), high-dense lipoprotein Cholesterol(HDL-C) and Fibrinogen(FlB) were tested. The clinical effect of both groups were compared after therapy. 4. Patient's fasting plasma hs-CRP was measured with Immunoturbidimetric test. 5. Subsequent statistic processing included analysis of variance, t test and Ridit test. Results: 1. The change of plasma hs-CRP and the relationship between hs-CRP and TCM-SDT in VAP(1) The hs-CRP concentration of UAP group was obviously higher than that of normal...
