Objective:To Study of high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),plateletparameters in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP) and anxiety patients and itsclinical significance. Methods:UAP patients confirmed by coronary angiography inpatients with UAP96cases, points the Zung self rating anxiety scale questionnaire survey, this study of mild anxiety disorder (50to70minutes) were set to group A,severe disorder(70points or more) patients with UAP were set to group B and without anxiety disorders(below50minutes) were set to control. Application of immune scattering turbidimetryanalysis method detected in patients with serum of hs-of CRP’s levels, collecting allpatients with venous blood and with COULTER-750five classification of blood cellanalysis instrument detection of platelet parameters, and statistics of three groups ofpatients years of hospitalization number of times, and years of hospitalization days, andwhether revascularization. Results:Hs-CRP,average volume of blood platelet, meanplatelet width in UAP with increased levels of anxiety and increased gradually, thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three groups of patients in hospitalizationand hospital stay and whether revascularization compared the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:UAP patients with the anxiety level changes may resultin MPV and PDW increases and the activation process, the same serum hs-CRPconcentration of the size and the size of the anxiety level of patients with UAP, however, anxiety may be mediated by hs-CRP concentration and MPV and PDW increases and theactivation process involved in the formation and development of the atherosclerotic plaquein coronary arteries of patients with UAP. The presence of anxiety factors can be used asUAP patients disease of severity and prognosis.
