| Objective:The nuchal region of corpses were dissected afterwards to observe layer by layer. The branching and genesis of cervical dorsal ramus nerves and the adjacent structures were observed. In addition, simple and practical surface anatomical projection were designed, and the morphology foundation of cervical dorsal ramus nerves compression syndromes were studied. According to the observation, the reasonable close operation ' s operative approach of treating cervical dorsal ramus nerves compression syndromes with knife-needle were established. In order to expand special operation' s range of treating chronic soft tissue damage, reducing blindness, preventing the unnecessary operation from damage, and improving clinical effect further.Methods:15 adult corpses who were regularly riveted by 10% formalin were seleted . Left and rigt sides amounted to 30% sides. The appearance had no obvious limb deformity. The nuchal region of corpses were dissected from the superficial to deep by the anatomic instrument, separating the nerves,blood vessels of drilling through the muscles .Observing the following content: (1)The approaching, branching, and blood vessels feature of cervical dorsal ramus nerves (2)The size, dept, angle, and surface location of the easily compressed part (bone fiber vessels, bone fiber hole, gamo-tendon fiber) of the cervical dorsal ramus nerves(3)Stereo anatomical location of the occipital triangle. (4)The vertebrarterial surface location of C1—C2 transverse process, (5)shape and location of the cupula of pleura.(6)Relative gamo-bone measure, the measured samples were took pitures, kept in the archives.
