Objective:1. To investigate the normal reference value range and the variations of strain and strain rate in left ventricle in healthy subjects.2. To assess myocardial viability in patients with myocardial infarction by strain rate imaging during low-dose dobutamine stress echocardiography, providing the reference for diagnosis and treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Methods:1. Quantitative analysis of strain and strain rate of left ventricle in healthy subjects.Study group: a total of 55 healthy subjects, who have made physical examination in the healthy examination center of Shandong Provincial Hospital. All the subjects should exclude the cardiopulmonary diseases and kidney diseases through asking the case history, making the physical examination, and the examination of electrocardiography (ECG) and echocardiograms.Study method: echocardiograms were obtained with SONOS 7500 color ultrasound machine which was produced by PHILIPS Corporation; the instrument...
