Objective:To study the feasibility of pre-set sacculus into the pelvis of no-hydronephrosi renal to assist erect the occup aisle ofpercutaneous nephrostomy under the guidance of B ultrasound. Methods: the experiment one : adopt 90 renals of pig, dimension is :length 10 ± 2.3cm,broad 6±1.2cm, tall 3 ±0.5cm. All the renals are disparted into 3 group at random. Put the sacculus into each of them. The sacculus of group A was infused with 3ml water ; the sacculus of group B was infused with 5ml water ; the sacculus of group C was infused with 10ml water. Observe the incidence of complication, such as: trauma of renal pelvis, trauma of renal parenchyma, trauma of combined renal pelvis-renal parenchyma and trauma of renal pedicle. The experiment two : adopt 30 pig which weight about 50kg , renal's dimension is: length 9 + 2.1cm,broad 6 ±0.8cm, tall 3±0.6cm. All the renals are disparted into 3 group at random.Group A was not put the sacculus.Only put ureteral catheter into the superior segment of the ureter .Under the guidance of B ultrasound,we punctured renal sinus and infused water through the ureteral catheter. Group B was put the sacculus into renal sinus through the ureter and each of the sacculus was infused with 3ml water. Under the guidance of B ultrasound,we punctured renal sinus of group B .Group C was put the sacculus into renal sinus through the ureter and each of the sacculus was infused with 5ml water. Under the guidance of B ultrasound,we punctured renal sinus of group C. Observed the success rate of puncture one time. Kill the pigs by infuseing the air into the body through vein.Do the autopsy of pigs after half an hour. Observe the incidence of complication, such as: trauma of renal pelvis , trauma of renal parenchyma, trauma of combined renal pelvis-renal parenchyma , trauma of renal pedicle and perirenal hematoma. Result: In experiment one , no complication was found in group A. 3 cases of trauma...
