Research On Effects Of Shen Qi Bolus On The Reproductive Function Of The Male Rat With Kidney-yang Deficiency Caused By "Fatigue And Sexual Strain"

Objective: Explore the directive significance of"the kidney controlling reproduction"on the treatment method of Tonifying the kidney which main syndrome is the reproductive function recession, and research into the mechanism of effects Shen Qi Bolus on the male rat with Kidney-yang Deficiency caused by"Fatigue and Sexual strain". Methods: It is induced by forced to swim everyday and frequent copulation to establish the rat model with Kidney-yang Deficiency, and then to treat the treatment group with Shen Qi Bolus. Results: the model group show the kidney-yang deficiency syndrome with reproductive capacity recession as the chief expression, comparing to the control group as follow: the weight lighting and the temperature dropping; the containment of GnRH, LH, FSH, E2 and T in the blood become lower; the total activation of LDH and the relative activation of LDH-x in the testicle reduce, too. As for the treatment group,the above conditions are obviously getting better. In addition, research on Tongue Picture of the rat with Kidney-yang Deficiency, and the results show the model group compare to the control group as follow: Both the density of lingual papillae and the frequency of lingual division phase decrease. Conclusions: Kidney-yang Deficiency with reproductive capacity recession as main syndrome, and its flare-up segments involve NIM, besides, the activation of LDH-x changes. In addition, the regular of pathological alteration in the rat with Kidney-yang Deficiency is similar to in the mankind.
