The Study Characters About The Relation Between Manifestation Of TCM And The Common Pathogen Of ALRI Of Children

Object:Observing about manifestation of TCM and the different pathogen of ALRI of children ,To approach the relation between them, Through this study, objectively evaluate the relation between these datum, and provide evidence for clinic. Method:Over the Survey by uniform questionnaires, doing collection of epidemiology of ALRI of children,make distribution of manifestation characters of TCM acorrding to the standard, analyze these data by statistics methods,compare with pathogeny infection and course of diseases corresponding manifestation of TCM etc, analyse the distributing of diffirent pathogeny indifferent age and season. Results: 398 cases of ALRI patients had been observed. pathogen's examination of 317 cases is positive. There are 43.22% had been found infected by virus, MP antibody is 24.61%,complex infection is 17.35%,Bacteria masculine rate is 14.83%.â‘ The cases infected had consanguineous relation with the Manifestation of TCM .Compare with other pathogeny,cases infected by virus have more consanguineous relation with wind-cold type.Infected diffirent pathogeny have diffirent symptom. Most of those IFV is positive were wind-heat type; those RSV and PIV is positive were wind-cold type; those CVB and EBV is positive were out-cold and in-heat type. The cases infected by bacterium,MP and mix type all give priority to wind-heat type. Phlegm-heat type was found in all of above infections.â‘¡In the range of those infected by virus,most acute trachea-bronchitis patients were more than acute pneumonia patients in wind-cold type.â‘¢The cases have diffirent manifestation of TCM in diffirent reasons. The infection cases were easy seen in winter and spring. Wind-cold type and out-cold and in-heat type were easy seen in autumn and winter.
