| Objectives:To search for the factors related to childhood AURI and the rule of Chi- nese Traditional Medicinal diagnosis. And discover the relationship among the season or type of virus and differentiation of syndrome. For macro and microscopical differentia- tion of symptoms and signs integration of childhood AURI.Methods:Compile four physical examinations information of childhood with disease who consistent with traditional Chinese medicine and medical doctor diagnostic standard,causative organism antisubstance and blood of venous blood. Erect data base and analyze these data by statistics methods,compare with pathogeny infection and course of diseases corresponding manifestation of TCM etc,analyse the distributing of diffirent pathogeny indifferent age and season.Results:625 cases of AURI patients had been observed. There are half cases had been found infected by virus,Bacteria masculine rate is 6.6%,MP antibody positive rate is 6.08%. The cases infected had some relation with the manifestation of TCM . Most of those PIV,RSV and ADV is positive were wind-cold type;those IFV is positive were wind-heat type;those CVB and EBV is positive were coldheat complex type. The cases infected by bacterium,MP all give priority to wind-heat type,combined infection give priority to coldheat complex type. The infection cases were easy seen in winter and spring. In the early phase most were infected by virus,metaphase most were infected by mix infection,anaphase most were infected by bacterium,the manifestation of TCM were wind-cold type,wind-heat type,and out-cold and in-heat type in turn.Virus infection cases were most younger than 3 old . The cases younger than 3 year were wind-cold type,but older than 4 year were wind-heat type. Conclusions:The manifestation of TCM and the common pathogen of AURI of children had a close relationship. Through this study,objectively provide evidence for clinic differentiation of symptoms and signs normalization and diagnostic standard.
