The Study Of Qilian Shupi Granule In Treating Precancerous Lesions Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis In Clinic And It's Effects On VEGF And MVD Of Rats Experimentally Induced

Objective:Study the effects of QLSP Granule in treating precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) in Clinic and it's mechanism of the inhibition of Angiogenesis. Methods:The 61 patients of precancerous lesions of CAG were treated with QLSP Granule and the clinical and pathological effects were contrasted with those of the 40 patients treated with Weifuchun Tablet. In experiments models of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer were induced in Wistar rats and were used to monitor the pathological changes and the expression of angiogenesis factors VEGF and the count of microvessel density (MVD) in the QLSP group and the control groups after the treatments. Results:Data of the clinical research showed that the effective rate of QLSP Granule was significantly higher than Weifuchun Tblet (p<0.05).The experimental research showed that precancerous lesions of gastric mucosa of rats also had the significant expression of and MVD. And there was significant difference contrasted with the blank group (p<0.01). QLSP Granule could notably inhibit the expression of VEGF and MVD and stoped or reversed the pathological process of precancerous lesions of gastric mucosa. There was significant difference between the QLSP group and the model group (p<0.01 or p<0.05). Conclusions:QLSP prescription is the effective remedy of treating precancerous lesions of CAG. The effects probably were taken by the inhibition of Angiogenesis.
