An Experimental Study Of Influence Of XiaoCuo Pill On The Sebum Gland And Hair Follide And Hemorheology In Experimenta Hare Ear Acne Model.

Objective:To investigate the pharmacodynamics that how XiaoCuo pill treat Acne vuglgaris.Method : 40 hares were divided into five groups, A was normal control group and B. C. D. E groups were made into model groups. 50% oil sour was drawed into the hare external ear way for 28 days continuously. The 12th day from building the model, We injected the epidermis staphylococcus to hare ear skin and lead to hare ear acne mode. The 14th day from making model, C. D. E group was gived XiaoCuo Pill high dose . low dose . and ZhenZhuAnChuang tablet respective and A. B group was gived running water. After 14 days,we put those hares to death, then tested the Hemorheology and take the hare ear acne specimen histology to cut into slices, observe the variety of partial skin pathology, and make use of the analysis system of the portrait and the diagraph to test the hair follide area and the sebum gland diameter.Result:compared with the model group, the high dose of XiaoCuo pill and ZhenZhuAnChuang tablet groups can both lower the area of the hair follide and the diameter of sebum gland( P<0. 05). and the high dose of XiaoCuo pill group had a prominent difference with ZhenZhuAnChuang tablet group( P<0.05). compared with the model group, the high dose of XiaoCuo pill can low the whole blood viscoscities at high and low and the red cell accumulated( P<0. 05). Low dose of XiaoCuo pill and ZhenZhuAnChuang tablet group can all lowed the whole blood viscoscities at high( P<0.05), and the high dose of XiaoCuo pill had a prominent difference with ZhenZhuAnChuang tablet group in improving the whole...
