| Objective: To study preventive and treative function and mechanism of polysacchaides from spores of agaricus baizei murill on experimentive gastric cancer by Research on function of immunity in small mice and genic expressions of Bcl-2 and p53 on human gastric cancer SGC-7901 in BALB/C-nu/nu mice in vivo and lay a good foundation for futher reseach and exploiting new medicine preventing and treating gastric cancer.Methods: YAC-1 cells and P815 cells as target cells, Examination of the killing activity of NK cells and LAK cells with MTT Approach, to study immune function of polysacchaides from spores of agaricus baizei murill on normal Balb/c small mice.Human gastric cancer SGC-7901 that grew logarithmically were transplanted subcutaneously to BALB/C-nu/nu mice and model of xenoplanted tumor was established, 30 mice were divided randomly into 5 groups , including xianggu polysaccharide group, large, middle, small dose group of polysacchaides from spores of agaricus baizei murill and blank group, different dosages of drugs were given respectively for 21 days, measuring volume of transplanting tumor one time every 3-4 days by vernier caliper in every group, to draw up grewing curved line of transplanting tumor ,24 hours after end of giving drugs, killing small mice by drawing cervical vertebra , to obtain transplanting tumor, measuring weight of transplanting tumor by electric analytical balance, calculating the inhibitional rate on tumor, the effects of polysacchaides from spores of agaricus baizei murill on the tumor growth were observed, as same as fixing tumor ;examining genic expression level of Bcl-2 and p53 on human gastric cancer SGC-7901 in BALB/C-nu/nu mice in vivo.Results: During the experiment of Examination of the killing activity of... |
