Objective :To compare the cytotoxicity and apoptosis of HL60 cell treated with DHAQ-anti-CD45RAMcAb immunoliposomes and DHAQ-GM-CSF immunoliposomes for providing the preclinical material for AML therapy.Method: DHAQ liposomes were prepared by reverse-phase evaporation(REV), anti-CD45RAMcAb or GM-CSF was coupled to the DHAQ liposomes by glutaraldhyde method. The data were collected from tetrazolium microculture cellular cytotoxicity test (MTT) and flow cytometric analysis.Results :The results showed that the cells growth inhibition rates were no notable difference between the DHAQ-anti-CD45RAMcAb immunoliposomes and DHAQ-GM-CSF immunoliposome(sp>0.05), the cytotoxicity of DHAQ-anti-CD45RAMcAb immunoliposomes and DHAQ-GM-CSF immunoliposomes were better than DHAQ liposomes and DHAQ ( p < 0.05 ) ;The apoptotic rate of HL60 cells of DHAQ-anti-CD45RAMcAb immunoliposomes group(26.85%) and DHAQ-GM-CSF immunoliposomes group(25.05%) were close, and higher than that of DHAQ liposomes group(16.21%) and DHAQ group...
