Objective : Research on the mechanisms of the MDR of hepatoblastoma will be beneficial for choosing the protocol of combination chemotherapy and predicting the effects of therapy, and be value to improve the curative effects of patients with hepatoblastoma in stagesâ…¡toâ…£.Methods: The expressions and distributions of P-gp, MRP1, LRP and GST-Ï€were detected by immunohistochemistry staining in 20 cases of hepatoblastoma. Results: (1)The rates of positive expressions of P-gp,MRP1,LRP and GST-Ï€were 69.23%, 32.02% , 56.42% and 68.31%,which showed high level expression in all specimen and various expression in every specimen. (2) The rates of positive expression of the four MDR-related proteins had not relation with the clinic staging of hepatoblastoma. (3) The strong positive expressions of the four MDR-related proteins showed no significant difference(P>0.05) with the methods of specimen collection from hepatoblastoma.(4) The rate of positive expressions of P-gp showed...
