ObjectiveTo investigate the mechanisms of electrical remodeling in dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM),and to study the effect of implanted mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)on electrical remodeling.MethodsDCM model in rabbits was induced through intravenous injection of adriamycin, then a Franz 6F catheter was introduced into those rabbits'left ventricle to record monophasic action potential (MAP) using the contact electrode technique and to observe the change of MAP.After that, two groups were divided randomly:the treated group(injected 4×10~6~6×10~6MSCs)and the control group(injected culture medium).4 weeks after cell transplantation, heart function was measured by echocardiogram, the change of MAP was studied through contact electrode technique before sacrifice.at last ,those rabbits'hearts were excised for histology analysis to observe whether MSCs survived and their effects on myocardium structure.Results1: Compared to normal rabbits, the value for monophasic action...
