ObjectivesNew enhanced ultrasound technology is a quantum jump in image medical domain consisted of neotype acoustic contrast agent and new visualization technology recent years. It brings great helps to medical research, clinical diagnosis and treatment. Exploratory researches on it have developed extensively and achieved plentifully in many medical fields. It can real-time display and quantitatively analyze the perfusion of objective by using neotype microbubble as tracer agent of red blood cell and using high effective harmonic enhancing imaging technology. Renal transplant is an ideal way of treatment for nephritic patients in terminal stage. The monitoring is significant on postoperative transplanted kidney's blood perfusion that is a considerable proof of diagnosing complications. Color Doppler is always the commonest means of monitoring on TK because of its convenience, safety and high performance-price ratio. Nevertheless, it's unable to fulfill the clinical requirement yet owing to artifacts, flooding effect and incapable of detecting low-velocity blood flow. Enhanced ultrasound overcomes the disadvantages above-mentioned to some extent. This test applies enhanced ultrasound to clinical research based on animal experiments. The objectives: (1) to evaluate the value of enhanced ultrasound for monitoring TK's blood perfusion, and compare with color Doppler; (2) to discuss the...
