Objective:Treatment of bone loss is a clinical problem, for bone has its specific structure and functions. Though there're great many treatment methods, each has its own deficiency. Bone loss, which results from open injury, chronic ostemyelitis of extremities, cranium viscerales, is easy to be polluted or infected.Common bone graft materials easily result in secondary infection and lead to bone graft failure. Our purpose is to find a kind of bone graft material to substitute autogenous bone for transplantation, which has function of bone conduction, bone induction, microbial effects to treat primary lesion. We did measures of element composition in Ag-loaded complex coral hydroxyapatite (Ag-CHA), microbial effects, blood compatibility, cell compatibility to further analyze its possibilities in clinical treatments.Methods:1.
