Objectives:1. To establish the method of real time fluorescent quantification polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) for detecting of WT1 and MDR1 mRNA.2. To detect the expression levels of MDR1 and WT1 in different types of leukemia.3. To discuss the relativity between the expression level of MDR1 and WT1 at diagnosis and the patient gender, clinical characters, expression of CD 34 antigen, and to disscuss the relativity between expression levels of MDR1 and WT1.4. To discuss the relationship between the expression level of MDR1 and WT1, and the therapeutic effect of the first chemotherapy.5. To detect the changes on the gene expression level at at diagnosis and complete remission (CR) phase, to study the changes of WDR1 and WT1 gene expression level in different phases, and to detect the effect of MDR1 and WT1 gene expression level on the leukemia prognosis as well as the primary comment on its application as a marker for detecting the microresidual disease.6. To attempt to establish a method of multiple real time fluorescent...
