The computation methods related to pharmacokinetics were investigated. The research on nonlinear regression, weight methods, standard curve, three periods ANOVA, rank sum test, was accomplished.Nonlinear regression: Intelligent grid search-Marquardt algorithm was developed; Gauss-Newton, Hartly, Marquardt, Simplex, GA, SAA programs were coded successfully.The method how to choose algorithm in pharmacokinetic computation was presented. OLS, WLS, IRWS, ELS, MQL, MEQL method was discussed in weight method part. Standard curve: WLS linear regression was investigated. Three period ANOVA: ANOVA for bioequiavailability of 3 agents was studied. Rank sum test: rank sum test for bioequiavailability of 2 or 3 agents was studied. IVIVC: Wagner-Nelson, Deconvolution method was investigated.Noncompartment program(PKZ), standard curve program(SCZ), three periods ANOVA program(3pANOVA), rank sum test program(RST), IVIVC program(Cor) was coded on Borland Delphi 6.0 platform and MS Windows operation system. 'One Key' function and data exchange (with Word, Excel) function was realized in these software packages. The reliability of these programs was verified at last.
