Various kinds of automatic medical analyzers, such as hematology analyzers and biochemical analyzers, have been applied to in vitro assay, to provide objective information for disease diagnosis and treatment, as well as scientific researches. With further automation and intelligentization of medical analyzers, HCI management software functions more important as the control center. Combining with the design and implementation of two management softwares, the developing technology and some efficient custom developing methods of HCI management software based on two different platforms-embedded system and PC/Windows-are systematically studied in this dissertation.As the user interface for interacting with medical analyzers, operation management software must has certain functions on one hand, such as GUI, clinical data management, message communication and localization, and communicate with actuators to complete the assay, calibration, quality control and other operational tasks on the other. Compared with Windows applications in desktop, operation management software based on embedded system platform gives simpler functions, more brief GUIs, and often need to undertake non-standard interface driver development, but has better real-time performance.In this dissertation, the development of two types of operation management software are proposed in detail from four aspects like multitasking, human-computer interaction, I/O device management and data storage management. Developing status of medical analyzers and their HCI management software, is discussed firstly. Then some general design methods of medical analyzers HCI management software are presented emphatically. After that, the management software simulating for the hematology analyzer is given, with the design and implementation of MiniGUI-Threads based multitasking module, friendly GUIs such as the primary test interface, SPI communication module, printing module and data management module based on SQLite. Next come to the development of management software for the biochemical analyzer, including the MFC based multitasking module and rich GUIs, serial communication module, Report Generator based personal report printing module and data management module based on Access and DAO technique. The software system integration testing indicates that, these two softwares have met the functional requirements, and can provide a good interactive experience. Lastly, several efficient custom developing methods are presented, with the application of Multilingual technique, Multi-client GUI styles and Binary Code Reuse technique.
